By accessing or using VRSukins ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VRSukins is a digital marketplace for VR avatars, accessories, and related digital assets. We connect creators (sellers) with buyers, facilitating transactions for digital goods compatible with platforms including VRChat, VRM-compatible applications, and other virtual reality environments.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Buyer Terms

• All sales of digital goods are final unless otherwise stated
• You receive a license to use purchased digital goods for personal, non-commercial use unless the product listing specifies otherwise
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files without explicit permission from the creator
• Downloaded files are for your personal use only

5. Seller Terms

• You must own or have rights to sell all content you list on the Platform
• You are responsible for accurately describing your products
• VRSukins charges a 9% platform fee on all sales
• Payment processing fees (Stripe) are additional
• Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect to your connected bank account
• You must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• You may not sell content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on VRSukins:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious software or files containing viruses
• Content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
• Stolen or leaked content from other creators
• Content that violates any applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their original content. By listing products on VRSukins, creators grant VRSukins a limited license to display, promote, and facilitate the sale of their products. VRSukins branding, logos, and platform design are the property of VRSukins.

8. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@vrsukins.com with the required DMCA information.

9. Limitation of Liability

VRSukins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, but previously purchased digital goods remain accessible for download.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
